Portable courses: we can come along to your home or group meeting place and put on a workshop at your venue, all of the willow and chicken wire courses are portable, we need a minimum number of 6 (preferably 8) people (max 12 to 14 people depending on the workshop) and we will travel up to a 40km radius for half day workshops and 80-100km for full day workshops (we have to make a small charge for our travel expenses), please get in touch to find out more.
FOR ALL EMAIL ENQUIRIES PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM BOX if you don’t see a reply from us within 48 hours.
Cancellations policy: If you have booked onto a course and later find you cannot attend then please let us know as soon as possible. We can offer a refund or transfer to another course if you give us at least one weeks’ notice. However, as we rely on full courses to remain viable and because we have to buy in and prepare materials in advance, if you cancel with less than 7 days’ notice we will only be able to offer a full refund if we can fill the space, otherwise we will have to retain the deposit to help to cover lost revenue and materials. The deposit is generally 30% of the overall cost of the course which covers some of the costs of materials, administration etc.
**For all willow courses we will need full confirmation of your booking including a deposit or full payment at least 14 days before the date of the course because the willow is expensive and difficult to source and we have to start preparing it up to two weeks before use. Willow that has been prepared is difficult to reuse, therefore for cancellations within 14 days of willow courses we will have to recover the full cost of the willow if we cannot fill the place.
If, for any reason we have to cancel a course then we will offer an alternate date or full refund.
