You will need to wear work clothes and bring a pair of sturdy gloves. Chicken wire is a malleable material and easy to use but will require moderate strength in your hands and fingers. You may feel a little tired working with wire for a whole day, we have allowed time for rest breaks and we support anyone who needs a little help.

Chicken wire is easy to manipulate but does require a little strength and dexterity to work on a large sculpture like the duck. We will support everyone to finish their sculpture if they need a little help.

This course is aimed at beginners and will teach the basics of sculpting with chicken wire. The course will run from 10.00-3.00 on Thursday 22nd August 2019. 40 Euros per person. A light lunch is included as well as all materials and you will be able to take home your hedgehog.
