FORAGING WORKSHOP Tuesday 7th April 2026 10.30am-1.00pm

This workshop will help you to learn how to identify a range of common edible wild plants, taste some foraged foods and recipe ideas: 40 euros per person. (The price includes a light lunch made from foraged ingredients)
When foraging for edible and useful plants it is important to correctly identify the plants and avoid confusion with inedible or poisonous plants. We will look at the key identification characteristics of a range of plants that you will find commonly growing in hedgerows, verges, and fields.
You will also look at preparation and cooking techniques for a variety of recipes and finish with a lunch made from foraged ingredients and take home an identification chart and recipes
