These video tutorials were produced back in 2020 when we had to cancel all of our courses due to Covid. When we had to cancel the Veg Growing course we were asked if we could do it as an online course instead so we started producing short ‘how to’ videos as we went through the veg growing year. We had no special equipment so the videos are basic but informative. We also produced a calendar that links to the appropriate videos and a set of ‘additional information’ sheets to complement the videos. (These were based on articles that I had previously written for the Etcetera magazine).

We have now released these videos to the public and you can access them via our YouTube channel. We have started adding more videos on a variety of topics from gardening to crafts and other things that we do at Le Jardin Creatif. We have started to schedule our Christmas workshops for 2023, the dates below are available for individuals and small groups of friends to book on to. We can put on other dates for group bookings of 6 to 8 people, or we can book out a whole day for a group to do two workshops of your choice.

Each individual workshop costs 40 euros per person including all basic materials, tea/coffee/mince pies (For the Christmas Wreaths all greenery, a bow and three decorations are included in the price, additional decorations are available at cost price – or you may bring your own, For the Robins you will make two wire robins – fairy lights and stand are not included)

On this two day workshop you will learn the traditional techniques of making leaded glass windows. The course covers the basics of the tools, materials and equipment and you will learn how to cut glass, join it with lead and solder it together by making a simple panel (around A4 size).

The course runs from 10am-4pm on both days and costs 140 euros per person – materials are extra so that you can have a choice of designs and colours, the average cost of an A4 panel is 25 euros (materials are priced at cost price).
